Title:
EXPOSED CONCRETE FOUNDATION OF BUILDING AND THE LIKE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3025766
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make improvement in workability by laying down a foundation floorplate on concrete in a digging zone after being aligned and, after fitting both upper-half and lower-half panels in the fitting channel, placing concrete in a gap between both these panels.
CONSTITUTION: A foundation floorplate 5 is laid down on a concrete layer 4 placed in a digging zone 2 after being aligned with a center line 4a. Next, two upper-half panels 6a, 6b and lower-half panels 7a, 7b are fitted in upper-half panel fitting channels 5a, 5b and lower-half panel fitting channels 5i, 5j of the floor-plate 5 respectively. In succession, a hook plate 10 is installed in space between two upper ends of these upper-half panels 6a and 6b, while a support shaft 11 is combinedly installed at the outside of these lower-half panels 7a and 7b, placing concrete in space between these panels. Then this concrete is penetrated into a heap layer 9 on the inside of the panel and thus made into unification. With this constitution, works can be easily done without requiring any skillfulness, and since all members are arbitrarily placed, operation efficiency is improvable, and also a tenacious foundation with no surface separation is thus constructible.
