Abstract:
To inhibit vibration of an exposure unit compared with a case where a weight and an elastic part are not used, while inhibiting bending of the exposure unit compared with a case where an elastic member is pressed against the exposure unit.SOLUTION: An exposure device comprises: an LED print head (LPH) 140 as an exposure unit that exposes a photoreceptor drum; and a dynamic vibration absorber 50 that reduces vibration of the LPH 140. The dynamic vibration absorber 50 is arranged opposite to the LPH 140, and includes a weight 51 that has a predetermined mass and a support part 53 that is attached to a frame 145 of the LPH 140 and supports the weight 51. The weight 51 is a member that, when vibration is input to the LPH 140 from the outside, vibrates through the support part 53. The support part 53 is a member that is formed of a viscoelastic member having viscosity and elasticity and supports the weight 51 for the LPH 140 in a vibratable manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
