PURPOSE: To eliminate a production loss and enhance the rate of operation, by automatically calculating the time point of the end of exposure and so forth and displaying the calculated values to smoothly prepare a belt-like body to be exposed to light next.
CONSTITUTION: The time of drive of a feed motor for a winder 13 is measured at 21. After ten patterns are printed after the start of exposure, the mean value tave of the measured times is calculated and regarded as a one-cycle time, which is applied to a calculator 22 through an interface 23. The length Lmm (for one spool) of a belt-like body 14 and the fed quantity lmm (for one time) thereof are used so that the time Tsec which it takes to perform exposure for one spool is determined by an exposure time calculation means 22. The time point of the end of the exposure for one spool is determined by an exposure end calculation means 22b through the use of the exposure time Tsec. These calculations are performed for each exposure device 11. The results of the calculations are displayed at 24 for each exposure device 11.
