PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a data conversion treatment time becomes long when scanning a plurality of times in a divided exposure method.SOLUTION: An exposure device of a divided exposure method is such that: exposure parts (115 and 116) for exposing a wiring design pattern to a print circuit board (118) are arranged at a fixed interval in an X direction; raster data for exposure is generated, fitting to an exposure area (501) of each of the exposure parts; the print circuit board (118) is moved in a Y direction; and it is repeated to expose a pattern to the exposure area (501) of each of the exposure parts, based on an exposure order from an exposure data generation part (102) so as to expose the whole surface of the print circuit board. Piece data (202) is extracted from the wiring design pattern followed by dividing the piece data (202) into (401-404) of an optimum number and storing, and when generating raster data for exposure, fitting to the exposure area (501), it is preferable to use the divided piece data (401-404) of a minimum requirement number for exposure of each of the exposure parts.
