Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure prevention box for preventing an operator from erroneously sticking a needle of a syringe to a hand and staining gloves with a medicine, an organic solvent, or the like when preparing an anticancer agent, the organic solvent, or the like in an open-type safety cabinet and a local exhaust device.SOLUTION: Exposure prevention boxes 10 of this invention are installed in an open-type safety cabinet 100 and an operation room of a local exhaust device to be used. An exposure prevention box forms a hollow box body composed of a bottom wall, a top wall and side walls, and is provided with a container holding part 53 for holding a medicine sealing container on the bottom wall. The bottom wall has an exhaust port 51a communicating with a lower space of the operation room, and the top wall has a filling tool insertion port 63 at a position facing the container holding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
