Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate size dispersion of a black matrix caused by the alteration of sensitivity due to dispersion of the temperature of photo-resist, that is, a glass panel.
CONSTITUTION: The surface temperature of a glass panel 32 before exposure is measured by a temperature sensor 1. Following it, the collecting coefficient is computed by a computation controlling apparatus 2 based on the temperature put in previously. Exposure is carried out with exposure time or light exposure on reference to the corrected value. As a result, investment in manufacturing process to make the temperature uniform is lessened.
