Abstract:
To provide a transgenic plant or plant organ derived from a monocotyledonous plant containing phytase.
This method for expressing the phytase is provided by transforming the monocotyledonous host plant with an expressing structured material containing a DNA sequence encoding the phytase and functionary bonded with a regulating sequence capable of causing the phytase expression in the monocotyledonous host plant and growing the plant under a condition for expressing the DNA encoding phytase.
