The refrigerating cycle device 20 of the refrigerating cycle device 10 with the extension condenser includes a condenser 22, a four-way valve 24, an outdoor heat exchanger 26, an indoor heat exchanger 28, and the extension condenser 50 added thereto. The extension condenser 50 is added by connecting pipes in series between the indoor heat exchanger 26 and the outdoor heat exchanger 28. The extension condenser 50 includes a condensation heat exchanger for condensing a coolant flowing through the refrigerating cycle 20 and a blower for generating an air flow passing through the condensation heat exchanger. A parallel-flow type condenser including a large number of heat transfer tubes arranged in parallel within a pair of headers and communicating with the pair of headers, is used in the condensation heat exchanger.
