PURPOSE: To extend an air blow port of an air conditioner or the like to a desired position inside a car room.

CONSTITUTION: A device is composed of a hose main body 10 of a bellows structure which can be expanded/contracted or bent to keep such a specified form as expanded/contracted or bent, and a connection head 20 integrally connected to one aperture end part of the hose main body 10 and to be installed on an air blow port H of an air conditioner or the like opened in a car room of an automobile. A front surface aperture part 21 of the connection head 20 is formed in such a form as to match the air blow port H, and a plate spring clip 30 is provided on the front surface aperture part 21 for easily locking and releasing the air blow port H to/from a louver, so blown air from the air blow port H is introduced to a specified place using the hose main body 10.
