Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension method with a short execution term and a simple execution work.
SOLUTION: An unit 22A for extension providing a framework 40 including four columns 41, an upper beam and a lower beam 43 is formed in advance and after providing a base on a site for extension adjacent to an unit type building at a construction spot and arranging the unit 22A for extension on this case, the unit 22A for extension is connected to a building unit 12A through an expansion joint 30. Thereby, in addition to that the assembly work of the framework 40 can be omitted and the simplification of the execution work and the shortening of execution term can be achieved, the relative displacement in a horizontal direction is absorbed by the expansion joint 30 at the earthquake time. Therefore, the unit 22A for extension and the unit type building have no effect on dynamic harm mutually.
