To provide an outdoor structure allowing a vehicle to be prevented from contacting a charge/discharge device upon parking to a parking space and emergency power to be secured upon disaster associated with flooding.SOLUTION: An outdoor structure is provided with a gateway En in an outer peripheral of a site 1A including a parking space 5 for a vehicle 9 on which a battery is mounted, and a water cutoff wall 10 surrounding the site 1, wherein gate walls 11 on both sides of the gateway En of the water cutoff wall 10 is provided with a front face wall part 11a and a side wall part 11b and is generally formed in an L-shape in a plan view, the ground from the inside to the outside of the site 1 crossing the gateway En has no step, a water cutoff plate 12 is detachably placed as crossing between front face wall parts 11a of the gate walls 11 at both sides of the gateway En, and a charge/discharge device 8 to be connected to the battery is positioned at a side opposite to the gateway En of the side wall part 11b at one of the gate walls 11 of both sides of the gate walls 11 of the gateway En.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
