To provide an exterior wall panel mounting structure whereby an exterior wall panel can be fixed simply and surely on a foundation and beams without welding operations when mounting fittings are fixed in place.

This mounting structure comprises a foundation-fixed member 2 fixed on the upper surface of a foundation 1, a lower mounting member 3 fixed on the upper surface of the foundation-fixed member 2, a beam-fixed member 5 fixed on the lower surface of the lower flange 4a of a beam 4 placed above the foundation 1, an upper mounting member 6 fixed on the lower surface of the beam-fixed member 5, an exterior wall panel 7 placed between the foundation 1 and the beam 4, and mounting fittings 8 having engagement parts 8a and fixed to the right and left sides of the upper and lower parts of the back of the exterior wall panel 7. The exterior wall panel 7 is supported against the foundation-fixed member 2 and the engagement part 8a of the mounting fittings 8 are engaged with the lip parts of the lower mounting member 3 and the lip parts of the upper mounting member 6.
