Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make an outside appearance better and to improve execution ability by arranging a structural material on the inside and outside of an exterior wall panel which is made of a metal plate and additionally provided with an waterproofed external facing material, and mutually connecting the structural materials.
CONSTITUTION: Only an exterior wall panel 16 applied to a section where structural materials 2A, 3A are arranged on indoor and outdoor parts is formed of a metal plate 16B such as a steel plate. In this case, the structural materials 2A, 3A such as a beam material which are arranged on the indoor and outdoor parts of an exterior wall panel body 16A are sandwiched by the metal plate 16B and connected by bolts (b). The metal plate 16B at a connecting spot is waterproofed to improve execution ability. In addition, even in the case where the part, being approx. The same level as the metal plate 16B, of an external facing material 20 is previously waterproofed, and a beam 1 or the like is provided at approx. the same height as the metal plate 16B on an outdoor side, the execution ability can be more improved by waterproofing.
