PURPOSE: To obtain a silent and compact engine titled above by providing a heat receiving passage connected to a working chamber in an engine body at the fixed portion in the engine body having a rotor rotating satellitely in a casing, and a burner in the heat receiving passage.
CONSTITUTION: A polygonal rotor 6 is accommodated in a casing to freely make satellite rotation for forming an engine body 2, and a rotor-housing 3 forming the casing is formed with opening parts 12, 13 near the top dead center of compression stroke on sides backward and forward from a trochoid short shaft A respectively, and the opening parts 12, 13 communicate mutually through a heat receiving passage 14. In addition to that, the engine body 2 is provided, on its compression side, with a valve body 16 having a valve means 15 and a burner 18 having a burner fuel injection valve 17, and the heat receiving passage 14 is arranged from the valve body 16 into the burner 18. A rotor housing 3 is formed with an intake and an exhaust port 23, 24 on a side opposite to the opening 12, 13 toward a trochoid long shaft B.
