Abstract:
To provide a liquid external composition useful for forming a uniform film.
The liquid non-hydrogel external composition (e.g. a solution-like composition) is composed of (i) a copolymer of an acrylic amide-based monomer having an alkyl group or a cycloalkyl group on a nitrogen atom of amide group with an alkyl (meth)acrylate and (ii) a 1-3C aliphatic alcohol (a straight-chain or branched chain 1-3C alkanol). The content of water to whole external composition is ≤25 wt.%. The ratio of the alcohol (ii) to 1 pt.wt. copolymer is 1-100 pts.wt. The composition is useful for liquid adhesive plasters, liquid gloves, packs, manicures, mascara or eye liners, etc.
