To provide an external heat insulating precast board and an external heat insulating wall for preventing spread of a fire of a heat insulating material in the external heat insulating precast board in a fire without impairing heat insulating performance.
This external heat insulating precast board 1 is composed of an outer wall molding plate 2, the heat insulating material 3 and an inner wall molding plate 4, and a first fire resistant material 6 is arranged on an upper end surface of the heat insulating material 3. The inner wall molding plate 4 side is filled with a second fire resistant material 8 up to the depth coming into contact with a gasket 7 so that a surface forms a uniform plane by arranging the gasket 7 so as to fit to a groove 4a arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the inner wall molding plate 4 in a joint part of the external heat insulating precast board 1 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. While a joint filler 9 is filled in a prescribed depth position in a outer wall molding plate 2 side joint part, a sealing material 10 is filled up to the depth for contacting with the joint filler 9 so that the surface forms the uniform plane.
