Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external heat insulating roof structure which facilitates construction in a field, easily secures the continuity of a heat insulating/hermetically sealing line, and is resistant to the degradation of a building over a long period of time, to provide an external heat insulating roof construction method, and to provide a roof panel which is advantageously used for the roof structure and the roof construction method.
SOLUTION: The roof panel 3 having heat insulating properties is set on the upper surface of a roof frame 1 and the upper edge of a wall face plate 2. The roof panel 3 is constructed by filling a heat insulator inside a frame member 31 forming four peripheral surfaces, and pinching both front and rear surfaces of the frame member 31 by a front face plate 33 and a rear face plate 34. The upper edge of the wall face plate 2 is rendered flush with the upper surface of the roof frame 1, and a hermetically sealing tape 4 is stuck to an area over the roof frame 1, the wall face plate 2, and the rear face plate 34 of the roof panel 3. The hermetically sealing tape 4 makes intimate contact with the roof frame 1 due to self weights of the roof panel 3, a roof finishing material, etc., to thereby form the continuous heat insulating/hermetically sealing line.
