Abstract:
To provide cultivation methods capable of increasing the yield of Ganoderma lucidum and active ingredients contained in Ganoderma lucidum, in the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum, and to provide materials excellent in an antioxidant action, a melanin production inhibitory action, a cell growth promoting action, an MMP production inhibitory action, and a hyaluronic acid production promoting action.SOLUTION: By cultivating Ganoderma lucidum in a medium containing a specific amount of bagasse, the yield of Ganoderma lucidum and the content of ganoderic acid contained in Ganoderma lucidum can be increased compared to conventional media, and furthermore, the obtained Ganoderma lucidum extract has an excellent antioxidative action, melanin production inhibitory action, cell growth promoting action, MMP production inhibitory action, and hyaluronic acid production promoting action.SELECTED DRAWING: None
