To provide an external liquid composition that contains a heparin analog and has a good feeling in use.SOLUTION: An external liquid composition is prepared that contains (A) a heparin analog, and (B) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of glycyrrhetinic acid, derivatives of glycyrrhetinic acid, and/or salts thereof, allantoin, tocopherol acetate, chlorpheniramine maleate, diphenhydramine and/or salts thereof, lidocaine and/or salts thereof, dibucaine and/or salts thereof, and crotamiton.
