Abstract:
The system comprises a fixing device (25) having a casing (31) that is mounted to rotate according to a first axis and has a movement blank (23'), and a processing device (27) having an abrasive unit (33) mounted to rotate according to a second axis and designed to match the movement blank to form a first curvature. The processing device comprises a displacement unit (35), which is movable according to the first curvature for forming a second curvature. A direction of displacement unit is symmetrical to form the second curvature along one radius. The system comprises a fixing device (25) having a casing (31) that is mounted to rotate according to a first axis and has a movement blank (23'), and a processing device (27) having an abrasive unit (33) mounted to rotate according to a second axis and designed to match the movement blank to form a first curvature. The processing device comprises a displacement unit (35), which is movable according to the first curvature for forming a second curvature. A direction of displacement unit is symmetrical to form the second curvature along one radius, and is asymmetrical to form the second curvature along different radius. The casing is a hollow ring provided against an inner wall in which the blank is fixed and the abrasive unit is displaced in the ring to form first and second concave curves, and the casing is a disc provided against an outer wall in which the blank is fixed and the abrasive unit is displaced in the disc to form first and second convex curves. The abrasive unit is formed by an edge runner, by an actuator, which is moved back and forth against a profile of a cam fixed to the second curvature, and by a controller programmed to move according to the second curvature. Independent claims are included for: (1) a piece of casing; and (2) a timepiece.
