The external pipe connection structure for under-foundation seismic isolation is an installation structure, for a flexible pipe 1 connecting an external pipe 4 with an internal pipe 3 of a building with a sliding surface between a foundation 6 supporting a building body 7 and a ground level 9 for under-ground seismic isolation, which comprises the flexible pipe 1 connecting the internal pipe 3 of the building with the external pipe 4, and a support member 2 which is laid underground in the outer circumference of the foundation 6 and supports the flexible pipe 1, wherein the flexible pipe 1 is supported on the support member 2 at the surface, and is elongated, contracted and bent on the support member 2 when the under-foundation seismic isolation is activated.
