To provide an oily external preparation that contains water-soluble components and liposoluble components as active components, has excellent storage stability without coagulation and fluid separation, shows good releasability of components to the skin and the mucous membrane, and gives good feeling of use because of smooth spread, fit and close adhesion to the skin, and to provide an high-effective oily external preparation that can stably retain both of the water-soluble and oil-soluble active components, even when both of the components are used together and can sufficiently express the effects of these components.
A dextrin fatty acid ester or a hydroxystearic acid derivative is added to the oily base external preparation to stabilize the components in the preparation and give the preparation that shows excellent release of the liposoluble components from the oily base preparation and gives excellent sense of use.
