Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize the wide simplification of the circuit by arranging the output transistor of an optically coupled element in a lattice-shaped manner between the input terminal pulled up by a load resistance and the external terminal with a driver circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an external signal contact 11 is closed, the electric current determined by an input electric current limit resistance 21 flows to the input diode of an optically coupled element 31 and the output transistor is conducted. At such a time, when the output transistor of a driver circuit 51 is conducted by an output terminal 71, a low level appears in correspondence to the external signal contact at the input terminal 61. When an external signal contact 12 is closed, the input terminal goes to be 62. Further, when external signal contacts 13 and 4 are closed, the output transistor of a driver circuit 52 is conducted and the same is executed. Here, when 64 points are inputted by eight input terminals and eight output terminals, the circuit at the later stage than the optically coupled element can be composed of eight load resistances, one IC for the input terminal, an output terminal and one IC to combine the driver circuit, and the circuit can be significantly simplified.
