Abstract:

An extinguisher 10 is composed of a closed bag 11, which is made of a polyethylene film and filled with an extinguishing agent. When the extinguisher 10 is thrown into a deep fryer 20 when used, the bag 11 is broken and the inside extinguishing agent is come out of the bag 11 and spread on the oil surface of the deep fryer 20 to extinguish a fire by the action of cooling and air shielding with the extinguishing agent.
