PURPOSE: To realize the extraction-detachment of drill rings at the same time in regard to plural drills and also prevent the falling down of the drills that have been extracted and detached from the drill rings, in a case in which the drill rings fitted to the drills as jigs are extracted and detached.

CONSTITUTION: A moving stand slab 18 is provided ascendably/descendably at supports 16 provided standingly at a bottom slab 15, and a drill cassette holder 21 is provided at the upper parts of the supports 16, and a cylinder 29 is provided between the moving stand slab 18 and the bottom slab 15. A drill cassette 12 is attachably/detachably provided at the drill cassette holder 21, and an extracting pin cassette 23 is provided attachably/detachably at the moving stand slab 18, and extracting pins 24 provided plantinyly at the extracting pin cassette 23 are made to confront the drill posts 13 of the drill cassette 12, and when the moving stand slab 18 is raised, the drills 11 loaded at the drill posts 13 are extracted and detached from the drill rings and the extracted and detached drills 11 remain at the drill posts 13.
