PURPOSE: To enable the center line of a barrel and a pipe bundle to be surely aligned, by actuating a fixed oil hydraulic cylinder through a main frame so as to extract the pipe bundle from and extrude it to the barrel.

CONSTITUTION: A device mounts a hollow oil hydraulic cylinder 12 penetrating through in the right angle direction with the central part of a column-shaped main frame 11. A shaft 13, being mounted penetrating through the oil hydraulic cylinder 12 and extended in the axial direction of the cylinder 12, is moved in the longitudinal direction by the hydraulic cylinder 12. A bracket 14, attachable to a pipe bundle 3, is mounted to one end of the shaft 13. A pair of foot shafts 15, each one end of which is mounted to both end parts of the main frame 11, extends in the right angular direction with the frame 11. Foot chucks 16, being mounted to each of the other ends of the pair of foot shafts 15, can clamp a barrel flange 2a.
