Abstract:
To provide an extraction method capable of increasing the maximum amount of beverage to be produced at one time without changing a device configuration in a production technology of beverage.SOLUTION: An extraction method includes: an immersion step (step S14) of immersing an extraction object (crushed beans) in liquid (hot water) in an extraction container 9 in a first posture (upright posture); a posture changing step (step S16) of changing the posture of the extraction container 9 from the first posture to a second posture (inverted posture); and a delivering step (hot water pouring and delivering steps K, K') of delivering liquid in the extraction container 9 in the second posture after causing the liquid to pass through a filter. Furthermore, the method includes a liquid supply step (additional hot water pouring step (step S6)) of supplying liquid to the extraction container 9 before the end of the delivering step (hot water pouring and delivering steps K, K') after the start of the immersion step (step S14).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 38
