PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction tool for a bag body, a bag body with the extraction tool, a formation metal mold of the extraction tool for the bag body, and a manufacturing method for the extraction tool for the bag body, in which a blockage cylinder having high barrier properties can be disposed in a base material resin without contacting with a content over a long time and detachment thereof from the base material resin, and thus, easy manufacture and quality improvement can be achieved.SOLUTION: An extraction tool for a bag body is configured from a peripheral wall 10 surrounding a bung hole 5, a blockage cylinder 11 having barrier properties, and a peripheral wall body part 10a made of a base material resin in which the blockage cylinder 11 is embedded. The blockage cylinder 11 is disposed at a position separated from one end and the other end of the peripheral wall body part 10a in an axial direction, and an inner peripheral surface of the blockage cylinder 11 on one end side in the axial direction is so embedded as to be exposed in the bung hole 5. A base material exposed part 41 and a blockage cylinder exposed part 40 of the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 10 are formed into a continuous surface having no step. The blockage cylinder exposed part 40 is covered by a seal wall of a seal cap.
