PURPOSE: To provide an extreme weakness reinforcing structure which can largely reduce the thickness of the wall thereof when bearing against soil and water pressures by using it for a landside protecting process and water stop process or the like, filling reinforcing materials in good water stopping in-place solid material and providing bending tensile strength therewith.
CONSTITUTION: A slot 2 is reinforced by a flexible member 3 having higher than a predetermined tensile strength and brittleness such as string, synthetic resin film or the like, and solidified by solid material 4 such as cement or the like. Then, in-place reinforced concrete structure 6 is fabricated, and extreme weakness reinforcing concrete wall 4 is excavated from its chipping portion 8 by setting a shield maching 7 thereat.
