Title:
EXTREMELY THIN HOT ROLLED STEEL SHEET EXCELLENT IN HOT WORKABILITY AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09184046
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To produce an extremely thin hot rolled steel sheet with <1.2mm sheet thickness excellent in workability and to provide a method for producing the same.
A steel stock having a componental compsn. contg., by weight, 0.0001 to 0.01% C, 0.005 to 0.8% Si, 0.01 to 1.5% Mn, 0.005 to 0.2% P, 0.01 to 0.2% Al and ≤0.01% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is heated and is subjected to rough rolling. After that, the rolling finishing temp. is regulated to the Ar3 transformation point or above, and, while lubrication is executed, it is subjected to finish rolling into <1.2mm sheet thickness, by which the extremely thin hot rolled steel sheet in which the average grain size of ferrite is regulated to ≤15μm can be obtd.
