Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bitter pharmaceutically active substance as an extrudate whose diameter is 0.5 mm or less stably with goof reproductivity.SOLUTION: The invention relates to extrudates comprising at least one pharmaceutically active substance in the shape of pins, in which the ratio of particle sizes of the spicular pharmaceutically active substance to the strand diameter is at least 1:15. The invention relates to extrudates comprising a glycerol ester with C12-C24 fatty acids as a lipid base. The invention relates to extrudates where the glycerol ester is a glycerol diester or a glycerol triester.
