PURPOSE: To automatically judge the inversion prior to the insertion into a low- frequency heater and enable the full automation and unmanned cutting by providing a cut billet inverter on the third transport table.
CONSTITUTION: A shape aluminum extruding facility constituted with a lengthy billet stock table 1, a fixed-size stopper 2 for cutting to a preset size (a), a cutter 3, a low-frequency heater 4, an extruding unit 5, and a transport unit connecting them. The first photosensor 7 detecting that the lengthy billet is cut to a preset size requiring pin connection is provided between the cutter 3 and a pin connector 6. An inverter 11 is provided in the middle of the third transport table 10 from the cutter 3 to the low-frequency heater 4 to invert the direction of the cut billet, and a controller generating an operation signal is provided on this inverter 11.
