To construct a highly durable prestressed concrete bridge without grout unfilled portion by adopting a pre-tension system PC steel material in place of a post-tension system PC steel material which has been used in the extruding construction method for prestressed concrete bridges.
A pre-tension system PC steel material 12 is disposed on a manufacturing stand 21 located at a position from which a forward bridge beam 2a is extruded in the axial direction of a bridge to provide a tension thereto. Upper and lower floor slabs of the bridge girder and a web concrete are placed and, after the concrete is hardened, the tension of the PC steel material 12 is relieved to lead a pre-stress in the concrete for manufacturing the bridge girder. A step for push it out forward is repeated to extrudedly construct the prestressed concrete bridge.
