CONSTITUTION: A forming male die 8 is provided with inside layer forming port holes 12-15 and outside layer forming port holes 17-20 and inside layer forming billet metal depositing chamber 27 is provided adjacently in rear of an outside layer forming billet metal depositing chamber 25 which is provided between a female forming die 7 and the male die 8. A container 2 is provided with an inside layer forming billet charging opening 30 and outside layer forming billet charging openings 31 and 32. A billet metal guiding die 3 is arranged between a die 1 and the container 2.
