PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow interactive processing of biological cells which are maintained in an aseptic environment by selectively extruding one or two or more selected fluid materials from a fluid container.
SOLUTION: A rotor 408 having a process module chamber 421 is controllably rotated around a central shaft 430 by a motor mechanism, and a fluid container is held in the chamber 421 by a holding mechanism. The fluid container is provided with a flexible film 411 and an enclosure 604, the enclosure 604 arranged in the chamber 412 and having a rotary shaft and a flexible wall is connected to an extruding fluid source 425, and a selected extruding fluid is fed to it by a pump 502. During the rotation of the rotor 408, the film 411 is extended/expanded inwardly in the radial direction from the outermost peripheral edge of the enclosure 604, and the enclosure 604 is compressed in the radial direction. The fluid is extruded from the enclosure 604 through an outlet port in sequence, according to the density of the fluid material from the minimum density to the maximum density.
