PURPOSE: To produce an extrusion molding having the compressive density different in the outside periphery and the inside by using an outer stem and inner stem to execute the extrusion of the shell of the molding and the packing of powder raw material to the inside at the time of executing the extrusion of the powder raw material with a powder extruding device.

CONSTITUTION: A step mandrel 12 is provided into a bore 2 of a container 1. The outer stem 13 is provided between the outside periphery of said mandrel and the inside surface of the core 2 and a powder raw material charging port 14 is bored in the central part of the mandrel. The inner stem 15 is provided to fit to said charging port. The outer stem 13 and the mandrel 12 are moved upward to move the bottom end of the outer stem 13 to the position upper than a powder supply port 20 of an outside packing device 21 and to bring the mandrel 12 to the position of a broken line B, and a molding hole 18 of a die 7 is closed. The shell forming powder is charged from the supply port 20 into the bore 2, and the outer stem 13, the mandrel 12 and the inner stem 15 are simultaneously lowered to form a shell bottom 25'. After the shell 25 is extruded, the powder raw material is charged through a supply port 23 into the shells 25, 25' and is pressed by the inner stem 15 until the desired density is obtd.
