To provide an extruding die for forming a hollow shape material, capable of achieving long service life and high-speed extrusion even when a high-strength alloy requiring large extruding force, especially, so-called the maximum strength aluminum alloy of 7,000-system is used.
The extruding die 10 is constituted of: a male die 11 having a mandrel part 12 for forming the inside shape of the hollow shape material; a female die 21 in which a part of a mandrel part 12 is housed and also which has a through-hole part 21A for forming the outside shape of the hollow shape material and a ring 31 having an inner peripheral slope 31A which has the same angle as the outer peripheral slope of the male die 11. The ring 31 is supported by the female die 21 via the male die 11, and the ring 31 and the male die 11 are integrated by force-fitting the outer peripheral slope of the male die 11 to the inner peripheral slope of the ring 31. A clearance d is previously provided as the force-fitting dimensions in the integration of both the ring 31 and the male die 11 between the ring 31 and the male die 11.
