PURPOSE: To remarkably contribute to the improvement of workability in an extruding job site, etc., by forming the cross section of the outer peripheral part of an extruding die in a special shape.
CONSTITUTION: The extruding die 1 is composed of a male die 2 forming the inner peripheral part of a hollow extruded material and a female die 3 forming the outer peripheral part of the hollow extruded material. Step parts 5 and projecting parts 6 are provided on both parts 2, 3 to serve to position both parts. The cross section of the outer peripheral part of the extruding die 1 is made nearly a square. The outer peripheral part can be formed from a cross section having another special shape. By this method, the mutual alignment of both male and female dies and the specification of the relative position in the rotational direction can be carried out.
