Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the damage of a small hole part forming projecting part of a die male die, or to prevent the uneven thickness of an extruded parts member.
CONSTITUTION: A small hole part forming projecting part 103 of a hollow die is supported in a deflection obstructing state from the extrusion delivery. Subsequently, by executing an initial extrusion in this supporting state, a forming stock is filled in the periphery of the small hole part forming projecting part 103. Next, the support of the forming projecting part concerned is released and the extrusion is furthermore performed.
