Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled vessel which is not decolored even when rubbed with an alcohol liquid, etc. and is proper to cosmetics, etc. by a method wherein an outer surface of the vessel is screen-printed with epoxy resin ink, baked and cured and further coated with finishing varnish, dried and baked.
CONSTITUTION: For example, characters, etc. are screen-printed on the outer surface of the hollow cylindrical tube, etc. in polyethylene with the epoxy resin ink containing white titanium, etc. The ink is baked and cured, and the whole outer surface of the tube is coated with the finishing varnish by means of a roll, etc., dried and baked.
