Abstract:
PURPOSE: To hold a core at stable holding state, to efficiently execute core mounting work with saving manpower and to realize such holding mechanism in die manufacturing.
CONSTITUTION: A male die is divided into a core 7 and male holder 8. A sleeve projecting part 22 is formed with projecting the front tip of a core holder 16 of the holder 8 in the extrusion direction more forward than a bridge part 17. A slit is formed at the projecting part so as to be deformed inward in the radial direction. Further, ring engaging part 13, 24 by projecting/recessed is arranged at facing part with the sleeve projecting part 22 and core 7, by the deformation inward the sleeve projecting part 22 due to the pressure from extruding material at extruding, the engaging parts 13, 24 are engaged, pulling out of the core 7 in the extrusion direction is prevented.
