Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a die repair cost when wear is generated to a bearing part of mandrel.
SOLUTION: A mandrel 5 is held to a holding member 7 with a support member 6, the support member 6 is constructed piling with four unit support members 6a... in the mandrel longitudinal direction. By removing one unit support member 6a, the rear adjacent part 9 of a worn forming bearing part 9' of the mandrel 6 newly forms a forming clearance 20 for forming of hollow material with a female forming hole bearing part 4.
