Abstract:
PURPOSE: To smoothly allow to flow a material passing through the inside, and to extrusion-form the extruded material with excellent surface property without generating a chatter especially even in an extrusion of a soft alloy such as a pure aluminium alloy.
CONSTITUTION: A bearing hole 2 has the 1st taper hole 6 opening to be inclined toward the rear side of the extruding direction at the rear side of the extruding direction. Then, material introducing holes 3 having relatively large size of cross sectional area provided successively at the rear side of the bearing hole 2 have a 2nd taper hole 7 opening to be inclined toward the rear side of the extruding direction.
