According to this constitution, the intermediate layer material B deaerated and kneaded to be compact by the second vacuum extruder 8 is sandwiched in the surface layer material A, and the tile ground W is formed of the surface layers D and the intermediate layer C which are brought into close contact and integrated with each other. In the use, either the surface layer material A or the intermediate layer material B is lessened in the usage, or a waste material is mixed in either of them.
