Abstract:
PURPOSE: To extrude a large sized shape or a shape having a circumscribed circled of 1.5-2.0 times as large as the billet hole 1a of a container 1 while leakage of material from between a forming die 2, a press fitting die 3 and a distributing die 4 is avoided during extrusion.
CONSTITUTION: The press fitting die 3 having a press fitting hole 3a is arranged between the container 1 and the shape forming die 2 and the distributing die 4 having plural port holes 4a is arranged between the container 1 and the press fitting die 3.
