Abstract:
To provide an extrusion material a dimensional error of a component made from which can be improved.SOLUTION: An extrusion material 10 comprises a peripheral wall 11 which has a closed loop-shaped cross section and defines a hollow 20, and an intermediate rib 21 which is connected to an inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 11 and partitions the hollow 20. The extrusion material 10 is provided with: a correction part 10X which is set at a prescribed part in a longer direction, and for which correction processing is performed; and a non-correction part 10Y for which correction processing is not performed. The peripheral wall 11 is expanded to an outer side with respect to an original shape of the non-correction part 10Y at the correction part 10X. The intermediate rib 21 is curved with respect to a virtual straight line connecting connection portions with the peripheral wall 11 at both ends at the non-correction part 10Y, and on the other hand, has a degree of curvature larger than the original shape of the non-correction part 10Y at the correction part 10X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
