PURPOSE: To obtain a homogenous molded article having a uniform particle size, by collectively operating the screw shafts of a plurality of extrusion units arranged in an annular form so as to make the axial directions of the screw shafts parallel.

CONSTITUTION: When a raw material is charged in a chamber 24 from a hopper 60, said raw material is supplied laterally by a scraper 62 to be supplied to extrusion units from the passage between a gear box 40 and the chamber 24. Then, the resins divided are sufficiently kneaded by screwes 14, 16 rotating in mutually opposite directions and supplied in the leading end directions of the extrusion units while pressurized and subsequently extruded from the openings 20 of a mold 18 continuously at an equal speed. The kneaded substance extruded from the openings 20 by rotating a cutting jig 68 by a variable speed motor 36 is cut continuously. By this method, short columnar molded articles having a definite length, uniformly mixed and having a uniform particle size are obtained.
