PURPOSE: To extrusion mold a plurality of hollow sections of given size and given sectional shape.
CONSTITUTION: A cylinder mechanism 1 having a cylinder for applying pressure to a plastic raw material, a bed with through-hole 3 fixed to one end of the cylinder and a nozzle 6 retained in a manner of forming a given gap between its end and the through-hole 3 are provided. An extrusion molding device comprises a disk-shaped holder 4 disposed in the cylinder in a manner of retaining the nozzle 6 on the central section and a plurality of outflow ports for flowing out a raw material pressurized by the cylinder mechanism 1 into a gap disposed on the outer periphery and pins 7 protruding to the end of the nozzle 6 and fixed thereon, and forms a plurality of hollow sections on a bar- shaped molded material 9 molded by extruding the raw material from the through-hole 3 by means of the pins 7. A plurality of pins 7 are disposed on the end of the nozzle 6 in a manner of forming the linear, triangle and square or polygonal shape with the axial center of the nozzle 6 as their center so that a plurality of hollow sections are formed on the extrusion molded material.
