Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding die in which positioning of each segmental die is very easy and correction thereof is easy even when each segmental die is abraded.SOLUTION: The extrusion molding die in which a molded article having a shape in which a longitudinal rib and a cross rib cross each other is formed by extrusion molding is configured such that a first segmental die 11 is arranged in the upper or lower part of the cross rib, a second and a third segmental dies 12, 13 are arranged to face each other in the boundary portion of the first segmental die 11, the first segmental die 11 and the second segmental die 12 are positioned and fixed, recesses 11d, 13d for forming the longitudinal rib and the cross rib are formed in a linear boundary portion with which the second segmental die 12 and the third segmental die 13 come into contact and a linear boundary portion with which the third segmental die 13 and the first segmental die 11 come into contact, and the third segmental die 13 is positioned by pushing the boundary portion of the third segmental die 13 of which correction processing of the boundary portion has been performed on the boundary portions of the first segmental die 11 and the second segmental die 12 of which correction processing has been performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
