PURPOSE: To make possible to a metal insert member different in the shape of its cross section vertical to a moving direction and to prevent the shaking of the insert member at the time of molding.
CONSTITUTION: While a metal insert member having a cross-sectional shape unvaried part 34 having a curved part 20a and unvaried in the shape of its cross section vertical to a moving direction and a cross-sectional shape variable part 35 variable in its cross-sectional shape is moved, a resin layer 27 is formed to the curved part 20a by an extrusion molding method. In this method, the resin layer 27 is formed to the curved part 20a while uniform resin pressure is applied to the respective surfaces of the curved part 20a in such a state that the cross-sectional shape unvaried part 34 of the insert member 20 is guided in a freely movable manner.
